Xenia started to explore location-independence in 2020, as the company she was working for hadn’t set any ground rules yet with regards to this topic. She bought a one-way ticket to Portugal, rented a car, brought her kitesurf equipment and started her digital nomad journey from the Portuguese cliffs alongside the Costa Alentejana. She realized she was doing her best work from that kind of settings and has now chosen for a fully remote job with Mural – consulting customers around the globe around New Ways of Working.
